1. Scope of Work

Provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, freight, rigging, permits, and incidentals required to remove and replace the existing walk-in freezer with a new walk-in freezer system, including:

  1. Field verification of existing conditions, access paths, door swings, ceiling height, electrical service, and refrigeration routing.

  2. Demolition / removal of existing walk-in freezer components as required (panels, door, refrigeration equipment, accessories) and legal disposal.

  3. Furnish and install a new walk-in freezer system meeting the minimum requirements in Section 4.

  4. Electrical connection to existing 460V, 3-phase service (and all required disconnects/controls per code).

  5. Refrigeration system installation (remote or self-contained) is required to meet performance and site conditions, including all piping, condensate, hangers, penetrations, roof curbs/flashing (if needed), and start-up.

  6. Commissioning, start-up, testing, owner training, and turnover documentation.

  7. Warranty per Section 8.
