PTC
The Benton Parent-Teacher Council is an extremely active group of parent, guardian, and grandparent volunteers whose goal is to provide the students of Benton Elementary with extra educational items and fun activities that would not be normally provided by the Benton School District. Membership is only $5 per family per year. Meetings are held every other month at the N4Cs. Follow our Facebook page for dates and times. The group is always looking for new faces to join their efforts to support the elementary staff and students, and welcome any district resident to become a member. Everyone is welcome!

PTC Volunteering Form
It is through this hard work and volunteer efforts, the kindergarten through sixth grade students at Benton Elementary are afforded many things that they otherwise would not be able to enjoy. PTC sponsors such events as: field trip buses, assemblies, book fairs, Santa Shop, Field Day, Office Blass Scholarship and Fall Festival. They also provide funding for classroom academic supplies, 6th grade T-shirts and gifts, individual classroom books, reading challenges/events, Kindergarten Clinic supply pack, and much more. The monies raised for these items and activities come from fundraisers throughout the year.
The organization is led by a group of officers and committee chairpeople. The 2024-2025 PTC Officers include:
President - Shea Good
Vice-President - Candice Whitenight
Secretary -Christina Scheib
Treasurer -Sara Yoder
Liason- Aimee Hess

Additional members and volunteers are needed to help explore new fundraising ideas and to assist at school/PTC functions. New faces, opinions, and ideas are always welcome and appreciated. Once again, thanks for your support, and we hope to see you at the next meeting.
