Zoom Board Meetings

Please read the following information before registering for the Zoom School Board Meetings.

  • The license for Zoom that we use for School Board Meetings is for 100 attendees which includes the School Board members and administration.
  • We will stream the School Board Meeting on Youtube with a link posted to the School District's website approximately 5 minutes before the start of the School Board Zoom Meeting. If you join the Youtube streaming video, you will not be able to speak during the School Board Meeting.
  • Please read Policy 903-Public Participation in Board Meetings and Policy 906-Public Complaints on how the public comment shall be conducted during the meeting.  During the public comment periods, each person who wishes to be addressed will need to raise their hand in Zoom, then when given the floor to speak you will need to state your name and address and be given three minutes to speak.
